Returns
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
To start your return, simply log into your account. and follow the return steps provided.
Damaged or Defective Items
We’re so sorry if your order arrived less than perfect.
If your package arrives damaged from the carrier, please refuse delivery.
If you’ve already accepted the package, note any visible damage upon signing so that we can help file a claim with the carrier.
If your product is damaged or defective, you may request a replacement, refund, or credit within 30 days of purchase (or during the product’s warranty period, if applicable).

Order Cancellation
Need to make a change?
Orders can be canceled up to 4 hours after placement by selecting the “Cancel Order” button in your confirmation email.
If you need further assistance, contact our Customer Love Team within that window.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled after 4 hours due to our fast fulfillment process.
Credits & Refunds
All credits and refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary by credit card company, and we are unable to control when credits will appear on your account.
