Our co-founder, Vontoba Terry, recently shared his views on men’s mental health and the stigma surrounding it on the Collin County Local Profile magazine. As we all get back to a routine this year, Vontoba wanted to stress the importance of prioritizing self-care and shared his experience with mental health while starting Urban Hydration. Vontoba stated how, through his platform, he wishes to reduce the stigma surrounding men and mental health.
