When it comes to makeup, highlighters are EVERYTHING! Whether you want that natural, glowing from within look, or you’re heavy handed, and trying to blind your haters, highlighters are a big staple to makeup routines everywhere. Pop Luxe recently launched, “Black Ice.” A heat activated highlighter that starts out grey/ black, but turns into a silvery hued highlighter when it touches your skin. So on your brush it looks grey, but on your face it’s like magic.
